Leading Health Education is intended for Health Coordinators, Heads of HPE and Leaders of Health Education within the school. This day will unpack how to lead with clarity, gentleness, virtue and unity.
Dr Emily will use an evidenced-based approach to share current research regarding teaching Health Education. She will equip you with the knowledge and skills to lead a Whole School Approach for Health Education, and to empower your teachers to make good teaching choices in the classroom, supporting them with what to say when teaching controversial and sensitive topics, and setting a school vision for Health Education.
